2Be-FFICIENT was established in 2000, to meet the needs expressed by top management of many companies, to have a quality report of their online services, issued by a neutral third party and understood by all.

The two founders, Claude CORDIN and Jacques JACQUET, combined their experiences to complete this project. Claude CORDIN had extensive experience in creating innovative online products and Jacques JACQUET was a recognized manager for a computer service company for major businesses.

The solution developed by 2Be-FFICIENT earned itself the status of “Young Innovative Company”, and an investment by ANVAR (French innovation agency) in capital.

Since 2000, 2Be-FFICIENT’s R&D has developed a set of offers for an automated and continuous analysis of the quality of online services. It is delivered in the form of easily-understood, visual and synthetic dashboards.

2Be-FFICIENT’s solution thus completes internal or external monitoring solutions that already exist on the market. It addresses all corporate stakeholders who are concerned by the quality of online services.

The capital increase carried out in 2007 by new shareholders gave 2Be-FFICIENT the necessary funds to its development. The company was transformed into a private limited company with a board of directors.
