Our dashboards allow you to quickly locate the weakest points (i.e. steps generating a significant number of failures or an abnormally long or irregular display...).

Therefore you can prioritise your actions in order to better the quality of your online services.
You can detect, for example, if the weakness of your online service is due to a partner who is responsible
of delivering information for one of the steps of the transaction.

You are provided with an accurate non-completion report (failure to connect to web service, time-out, page not available ...).
A screenshot of the failure is displayed, showing you what the Internet users would have seen.
