Our vision of AI useful, sovereign, and human-led

At 2Be-FFICIENT, AI isn't an end in itself but a means, serving one promise: the smoothest possible experience for your users. Here are the convictions that guide Argos and Opale, our two monitoring AIs.

The observation

AI is only worth what it brings you

A large share of AI projects never get past the pilot. Many stall at the showcase effect, for lack of real use, or lock the company into dependence on a single vendor. We made a different choice.

Our convictions

Four principles for trustworthy AI

Four simple commitments guide how we design Argos and Opale, and how we run them for you, day to day.

01 · Useful AI, not gadgets

We only put an AI into service when it solves a real monitoring problem. No feature added « because it's trendy »: every agent must save your teams time or reveal what a human wouldn't have seen.

Default

02 · Sovereign by design

Our agents run on an interchangeable-model architecture. By default, we favour Mistral, a French AI, to meet large groups' requirements. Because the model is interchangeable, you are never locked into a vendor: that is also your guarantee of reversibility.

03 · Humans stay in control

AI augments your teams, it doesn't replace them. Unlike others, we chose not to automate everything: a team of 2Be experts configures the agents, ensures their operational maintenance and supports you day to day.

Score GDPR & AI Act your data

04 · Transparent and controlled

No black box, and no capture of your data. Our AIs don't learn from your data: they build on our own datasets, gathered in real conditions. Every verdict is scored and justified, so you can judge the relevance of the answer before making your decisions.

Clients

Approved and used by the largest companies

Our AIs build on 25 years of monitoring the largest French companies.

Our AIs: frequently asked questions

Our agents run on an interchangeable-model architecture. By default, we favour Mistral, a French AI, hosted in France and Europe, to meet large groups' sovereignty requirements. Because the model is interchangeable, you keep control and reversibility.

No. Our AIs don't learn from your data: they build on our own datasets, gathered in real conditions. Your data is never used to train a third-party model.

No. They augment your teams by automating low-value tasks. We chose not to automate everything: a team of 2Be experts handles configuration, operational maintenance and day-to-day support, and the final decision always stays human.

Yes. French Mistral model by default, hosting in France and Europe, and a reversible-by-design architecture. Our practices comply with GDPR and the AI Act.

We only put an AI into service when it solves a real monitoring problem. Every agent must save your teams time or reveal what a human wouldn't have seen, building on 25 years of monitoring expertise.

No, zero bugs don't exist. But our AIs help anticipate and prevent incidents, to give your users the smoothest possible experience.

Our experts. Unlike a 100% self-service approach, a 2Be team handles agent configuration, operational maintenance and your day-to-day support.

Argos and Opale cover the entire lifecycle of an incident. Argos works upstream: it monitors, prioritises and anticipates the incident before it strikes. Opale takes over once the alert fires: it qualifies the incident, analyses it and accelerates diagnosis.
