Alerts via Signal
We're pleased to announce that you can now receive 2Be-FFICIENT alerts via Signal.
Signal is a set of messaging protocols and tools designed to protect personal data and ensure secure communication.
This new mode adds to the list of sending modes already available to you. As a reminder, these are classic SMS, e-mail, voice call*, SNMP trap, push notification and customized API call*. We can also test the sending of certain types of alerts directly on the Extranet.
Finally, to make alerts even more accessible to your teams, we plan to give your administrators the option of integrating alerts directly via the Extranet to Discord and Slack. At present, this type of sending is already possible via the "personalized API calls" mode.
