We are delighted to announce the rollout of new extensions on our "Availability & Response Time" dashboard. These updates, now in production, offer you a more in-depth perspective on your application's performance.
Stage breakdown chart
You can now view the steps that have generated failures for the chosen scenario group. The data is aggregated for a simplified view of performance.
Heatmap
If you want greater granularity, you can also explore availability by time slots and days of the week using our heatmap.
These extensions are now enabled by default, but you can customize them according to your needs via the "Advanced Options" tab in the report configuration. We are confident that these new features will help you optimize the performance of your website or mobile application.

Advanced audio analysis for monitoring your Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system
We've enhanced voice call monitoring with a new audio analysis dashboard featuring an interactive spectrogram contextualized with the scenario flow. As with request analysis for Web and mobile scenarios, this tool allows you to dissect the audio flow exchanged between the PLC and your voice servers.

This major update comes with a host of enhancements to give you an even smoother, more powerful experience. Among the highlights of this version :
- Improved ergonomics: our new design makes it easier to access essential information about your recent scenarios.
- Optimized performance: You'll notice a marked improvement in the speed with which results are displayed.
- Chess Analysis Made Easy: Features such as comparison with successful screenshots and playback of chess videos make it easier for you to understand and solve problems.
- Contextualized alerts: Receive fully contextualized push alerts for rapid action.
To download the application:
For Android phones, download the new "2Be-FFICIENT App Monitor" application from PlayStore and uninstall the old one.
For iOS phones, simply update the existing application to gain access.
Important: As this is a major redesign to maintain interoperability with the old application during the switchover, you will need to reconfigure your alerts to the new versions of the application.
